This sandpaper is no better than my 3M sandpaper. It actually has a thinner paper, tore quicker and is more expensive. I see no reason to pay a premium for it.

I started using the Norton 3X sandpaper soon after its introduction and now use almost nothing else. For woodturning and woodworking I find it to hold up longer and has very good uniformity of grain size so few if any spurious scratches that you get with cheaper paper. Also, it resists loading and the light paper stands up well to flexing without tearing. I use 80 to 400 grit and all are excellent. It does cost more than common sandpaper but it lasts so long that it ends up being less expensive.

This sandpaper has been doing a good job. Especially when properly adhered to an MDF block.
